30-Day Print & Order Guarantee
Every Cosmic Signal Co item is printed especially for you after purchase. Your shirt is made to order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf, and we stand behind every single one.
If something isn't right with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@cosmicsignalco.com and we'll sort it out.
Our mistake, your choice
If any of the following happens, you choose a free replacement or a full refund:
- you receive the wrong item, size, or colour
- your item arrives damaged
- your item has a manufacturing or printing defect
- your order arrives materially different from what you purchased
- your order never arrives, or is lost in transit
Just email us your order number and a clear photo of the problem, and there's no need to ship anything back. We'll get a replacement printed or a refund issued right away.
Wrong size, or changed your mind?
Because each item is made to order, we can't restock returns the way a traditional shop can, but we'll still help. Get in touch and we'll find a solution you're happy with, whether that's a replacement in the right size, store credit, or a refund. All we ask is that you check the size guide and product options before ordering, which helps us keep this promise sustainable.
The fine print
If we do ask you to return an item, return postage is on us when the issue is our error, and on you otherwise.
Once approved, refunds are issued within 2 business days to your original payment method, and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law, including statutory rights relating to faulty goods.
If you're ordering from within the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. Email us and we'll confirm the return address, with return postage as set out above.
