Every Cosmic Signal Co item is printed on demand, which means your order is made especially for you after purchase.

We offer refunds or replacements if:

• you receive the wrong item, size, or colour
• your item arrives damaged
• your item has a manufacturing or printing defect

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@cosmicsignalco.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except where an error or defect is on our part.

Because each item is made to order, we do not normally offer refunds or exchanges if the customer selected the wrong size, colour, or product, or changed their mind after ordering. Please check the size guide and product options carefully before placing your order.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
